RECENT WORK

Working with the bilingual French-English students at Kennedy International School was a rewarding experience. Their natural energy and spirit came through in the campaigns I produced for the school, featured in the April and June issues of New York Family magazine, one of the season’s standout projects.

As part of the school’s recent rebrand from Lyceum Kennedy to Kennedy International School, I also led a full rollout of fresh social media content, including posts, stories, and reels on Instagram and Facebook. This project beautifully merged photography, storytelling, and the vibrant spirit of an international school community. Below are a few fun examples of some Reel & Stories.

The Lingering Lovers / Les Amants Eternels (2025)

The Lingering Lovers (2025) represents one of the most fulfilling creative experiences of my career. Collaborating with visionary director Matt Sheridan, I had the privilege of portraying Henry Clews in both English and French for this visually stunning experimental short film, produced in partnership with the Napoule Foundation.

The bilingual performance presented a unique artistic challenge—embodying the same character across two distinct linguistic and cultural expressions. This dual approach deepened my connection to the role and expanded the film’s expressive possibilities.

Currently making waves on the festival circuit, the film has already earned recognition as Best Experimental Short at the Arthouse Festival of Beverly Hills. The enthusiastic response from audiences and critics alike has been incredibly gratifying, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes us next.

The Lingering Lovers / Les Amants Eternels (2025) (English Version)

A century ago, Henry and Marie Clews — The Lingering Lovers — exiled themselves to escape prevailing social, political, and artistic expectations of their time. As night is for lovers, ancient chateau towers they found in the Cote d’Azur gave them cover to transform each other into artists. Visually represented by abstract animations and performed in their own words, the problematically constructed reality Henry and Marie created for themselves resonates with our own discordant era.

Experimental narrative video short, live action and painting-in-motion animation, French voice over with music, final run time: 7 minutes 15 seconds.

The narrator/raconteur is performed by François Wolman; Henry and Marie are performed by Renaud Sebbane and Regina Taufen (English version); music is composed, arranged and performed by Shirley Song. The script is collaged from Henry and Marie’s own writings from Mumbo Jumbo (1923) and Once Upon A Time in La Napoule, Marie’s memoir published 1998.
